Please know your country’s laws and regulations regarding the products you are considering ordering from us prior to placing your order. Shipping and handling charges on orders returned by customs, or refused by customers, are not refundable.

  • Special Label for Certain Countries: Due to laws and customs regulations in a few countries, we were required to label our product as topical cream. There is no additional charge for customers in these countries.

  • Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address during the order process. Each customer is given instructions to log into his/her account before the shipping cut-off time to verify the shipping address and is also given a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Due to various costs involved to process returned orders, such as restocking/manual processing/banking fees, etc. returned orders due to invalid or insufficient addresses are only eligible for 50% refund on the product cost and shipping fees are non-refundable.
