1. Olive Oil

Olive oil is a powerful antioxidant and a rich source of vitamins, minerals and natural fatty acids which can lighten the wrinkles and fine lines and also tighten the sagging skin. It gets easily absorbed by the skin pores which helps to provide nourishment to the skin.

How To Use?

• Take a few drops of virgin olive oil in your palm.
• Apply it over your clean face and neck and rub it gently in circular motion.
• You can massage using olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes every night and then rinse off the face with water next morning.

2. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is an effective chemical free regime for removing excess oil from skin, treating pimples and acne. Aloe vera contains malic acid which helps to make the skin more elastic and fade away wrinkles and fine lines. It also contains zinc which adds to the youthfulness of the skin by shrinking the pores.

How To Use?

• Take a fresh aloe vera leaf and then scrape out the gel.
• Apply it over your face and gently massage for 5 to 10 minutes in soft circular motion.
• Rinse the face with lukewarm water after 15-20 minutes.

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek has been used since ancient times for curing ailments. Its seeds are rich in vitamin B3 and niacin that helps to recuperate the damaged skin cells and help in regeneration and also lighten age spots, hyper pigmentation wrinkles, fine lines.

How To Use?

• First grind a handful of fenugreek seeds till they turn into thick paste.
• Then add a tsp of honey to the paste and mix it thoroughly.
• Apply the paste over face and neck and leave for 1 hour before rinsing off the water.

4. Egg Whites

Egg white mask is an effective way to fight off wrinkles and fine lines. Applying egg white on the wrinkled portions of the skin shrinks the pores giving a smoother, younger and youthful appearance. Moreover, egg white is also rich in proteins, potassium, magnesium and riboflavin which helps to repair tissues, moisturizes skin and also help to recover the damaged skin due to free radicals and oxidative stress.

How To Use?

• Separate the egg yolk from the egg and apply the egg white on the face.
• Allow it to dry for 15 minutes and then wash off with water.

5. Bananas

Bananas are easily available and within the budget natural anti-aging remedy. It is rich in nutrients such as potassium, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E which make it a complete remedy for any kind of skin problem. It helps to hydrate, moisturize, improve collagen production, adds elasticity and suppleness and even fight oxidative stress.

How To Use?

• Form a banana paste by mashing 2 ripe bananas.
• Apply it over your clean face and leave it for 30 minutes.
• Then wash the face with water and apply a moisturizer.
